While each program to migrate to Canada has different criteria, a few things are in common. Canadian immigration officials will typically assess migration applications based on:
Canada Immigration on a PR visa is the wisest option for candidates wishing to settle in the country permanently. Canada PR visa allows you to permanently live, work, and study anywhere in Canada for five years. An applicant can migrate to Canada on a PR Visa through many pathways, such as Express Entry, PNP, Family Sponsorship, Start-up visa, Quebec Immigration Program, and Caregiver Visa.
Canada’s Express Entry is the most sought-after immigration program in the world. Launched in 2015, it is the first Canadian immigration program to use a points-based system to assess the eligibility of individuals looking to migrate to Canada.

Canada Express Entry draws in 2024

The Provincial Nominee Program is the next best option for Canada Immigration. Candidates not qualified in the Express Entry System can opt for this pathway. A PNP nomination adds 600 points to the candidate’s profile, eventually qualifying the candidate for Express Entry.
When applying under the PNP, you can choose a province from which it will be easy to get a nomination based on your profile.
Migrate to Canada – QSWP
Officially referred to as the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP), the Quebec Skilled Worker Program is for you if you intend to immigrate to Quebec permanently to work.
An interest in immigrating to Quebec must be declared as the first part of the process. Those with the training and professional skills to facilitate their job integration in the province are then selected by Quebec and issued an invitation to apply.
Invitation rounds by Quebec are held through the Arrima Portal. As such, provincial draws by Quebec are also referred to as the Arrima draw.
Through the QSWP, skilled workers can apply for the Quebec Selection Certificate or Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). It is not necessary for applicants to have a valid job offer to migrate to Quebec. However, those with a job offer are given higher priority.
The QSWP is also based on a points-based system like the Express Entry System.
Quebec has its own eligibility requirements to apply for Permanent Residence, and it is not a part of Canada’s Canadian PNP.
The life of an Indian immigrant in Canada is always sorted with the best possibilities, a better lifestyle, and an academically advanced education for children.
Indians are more passionate about immigrating to Canada. This is because of the warm, welcoming nature, eased immigration policies, high standards of living, better job prospects, career growth, the best and free healthcare services, better retirement plans, and whatnot.
